HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

• For CUSTOM pieces: Immediately after you’ve placed an order, your pet's image is sent to one of our artists.

• Please allow 3-5 days for the design to be completed and another 3-4 days for the product to be shipped.

• On average, you can expect a delivery time of 1-7 days from placing your order to receiving your custom-made item.

• During the peak season, due to high demand, it can take up to 5-10 days to deliver your item.

• If you are unhappy with the lead times, please get in touch with us, and we will give you a full refund or cancel your order! We want our customers to be happy.
